This elegant wedding really embraced the beach elements. Although it’s not exactly the most elegant of details as it exudes more of a casual and laid back vibe, I love how our couple still incorporated the sky blues, burlaps, and starfishes as designs in their special day. After all, this venue holds a special place in their heart as not only is it their favorite vacation spot, but our groom’s grandparents also got married in the same stretch. Congratulations on your beautiful beach wedding, Scott & Tara!

What do you think is the overall story for this album?
Scott and I met while on vacation and instantly hit it off. We spent the rest of our vacation getting to know one another. We had an undeniable connection and before we had even left to go back home Scott had already booked a flight to come visit me in Phoenix two weeks later. We would travel between Kansas and Arizona every two weeks to see each other. After a few months of long distance relationship, we decided I would move to Kansas to be closer together and take our relationship to the next level. A year after being in the same city we got engaged on our boat, overlooking the lake, under the 4th of July fireworks. It was perfect!
Scott and I love to travel and instead of going back and forth to visit each other every two weeks we are now able to visit different destinations together. We love the beach and one of our favorite spots in the U.S. is Miami Beach, FL. We adore the vibrant city and beautiful beaches that Miami has to offer. Every time we visit we stay at the the famous Fontainebleau Miami Beach. When deciding on a beach location to have our wedding, Miami and the Fontainebleau were a first choice. Scott’s grandparents also got married in Miami Beach so it made it that much more special.
