Indian Wedding at the Grand Palladium, Jamaica

by Car 3 Comments

Ladies, buckle up because we’re off to Jamaica! When I first laid my eyes on Manuela Stefan’s photos, I was blown away. I’m a fan of cultural wedding shoots, and I got pretty excited when I learned that Sam and Anjali, who both have successful careers in the film industry in Los Angeles, chose to have their wedding in The Grand Palladium, Jamaica! I loved the couple’s cultural outfits, as well as the fact that it was an Indian Wedding held at a beautiful resort. The Las Brisas Beach was just a magical place to have their pre-wedding shoot and the Indian dinner was superb. Everyone in attendance received their own Indian outfit for next day, the ladies enjoyed getting their Henna done and last but not least, lanterns were released into the warm night’s sky guarded by a shining moon. They both looked like they came from a majestic Indian kingdom having such vibrant cultural clothing. The intricate Hindu ceremony and the white wedding on the beach at sunset was spectacular. I hope the image collection you are about to go through by Manuela Stefan Photography will make you smile and share in the exuberance I have experienced. Curious to see more? Go, the whole set is waiting for you!

We’re All About the Details

The Ceremony

One that kept me greatly entertained and inspired. Capturing their rich and colourful culture was a joy in the moment. We have the best opportunity to tell their story the way it unfolded over the two days spent together.

The Beach Wedding

Who doesn’t love a beach wedding? Their concept for having a beach wedding is a marvel! The prestine beach with the romantic sunset just makes this wedding a wonderful event!

The Location

Their pre-wedding party on Grand Palladium’s Las Brisas Beach was such a great opportunity for me to get a feel for the group’s vibe.

The Wardrobe

In India, the wedding rituals and clothes make the wedding as much as that of the bride and her groom. Both look their splendid best in gorgeous clothes. Not just the couple, but the guests attending the family and the relatives are often seen dressed up to the teeth. The bride is dressed up in auspicious colors, whereas the bridegroom is dressed to exude a regal aura.

The Reception

Jamaica just oozes with beauty and flavor. Their reception at the beach head is totally dreamy. With huts as stations and the soft beach tones, every detail just stands out!

Extra Special Details

Lanterns were released into the warm night’s sky guarded by a shining moon. A traditional expression of boundless love and unity for the families and their vibrant culture.
