Cocktail and tea length dresses are incredibly contemporary and stylish. They make the perfect companion for a late spring or a summer wedding, particularly if your event has a modern edge or is outside. I came across these three the other day and just had to share them.

    i wore a short dress — just below the knee like the last one pictured — for our small garden wedding in june and it was lovely and perfect. i completely agree that in the right setting, a short dress can be so much more appealing and appropriate than a long one.

    I’ve been trying to get my hands on a tea-length dress and these are perfect! Thank you so much for posting them. Unfortunately, it seems like no stores in Montreal carry this line…I may have to drive to Toronto.

    He could also choose to walk barefooted or wear light sandals.
    Beautiful papers, often hand-pressed, are fantastic for modern wedding invitations.
    A part with the sari can be used as a veil to
    hide the bride’s head, symbolizing feminism.
    Perhaps a schoolgirl Halloween costume is a bit more to
    your taste.
