Styled Shoot: Camping Trash the Dress

by Chelsea 3 Comments

Danielle and John went camping for their styled Trash the Dress session! First, they got some gorgeous images in the woods before they trashed their clothes. Then, they toasted marshmallows for s’mores by the campfire. After that, they took a dip in the lake and John swung from the rope swing. To end their night, they got cozy in their tent by candlelight.

As the photographer shares,

This session was special because I photographed Danielle and John’s engagement session and wedding. After their wedding, I photographed John’s cousin’s engagement and wedding. I feel like I’ve been a part of many of their family’s biggest moments and I really love this family. They are the kindest, most generous and fun group of people! Shortly after I photographed this Trash the Dress session, they announced that they are having a baby!

Her advice…

Everybody should wear their wedding attire at least once after their wedding day! You don’t have to trash the dress. You can rock the frock! Just wear your gown and suit (or tux!) again to get a whole other set of images of you in your wedding clothes.

Money Matters

$10,000 – $20,000

Thank you for sharing our shoot! We had so much FUN with Danielle and John. I love that they were both fearless about getting in the water and rocking these photos! And how about the amazing fireside set up by More Than a Moment? Fantastic!
