Michael ♥ Nikki
Anything rustic and DIY is my cup of tea and for a lot of brides-to-be would agree. Michael and Nikki’s wedding is certainly visually appealing. The venue was adorned with luscious flowers in pink, orange, and white. SO ROMANTIC! Their wedding was also full of DIY and you all know how much we love them. Fall in love as you go through their wedding gallery and let us know which is your favourite part!
Extra Special Details
The bridal style. Nikki looked lovely in her ballgown wedding dress. It was subtle and perfect for the dainty-rustic theme they had.
The decor. DIY signs, flowers, and twines can be seen throughout their outdoor wedding venue. All the centrepieces and little details were made by Nikki and her sister.
The wedding arch. The wedding arch was handmade for them by Nikki’s stepfather. It was beautiful too! Anything made out of love would truly come out beautiful, wouldn’t it?
The color palette. Ivory, orange, and pink.
Tip!
Do not be stubborn and try to do it all yourself – ask for help!
From the Bride
Truthfully, I would have either done a smaller, more intimate wedding or waited a lot longer. Planning a wedding in under a year, while being a full-time nursing student and living 14 hours away from your fiance is hard work!
