From Jessica:
Fashion week is in full swing here in NYC, so what would be more fitting for today’s post than a roundup of runway-worthy wedding dresses? From simple sheaths to gauzy gowns, we’ve got all you fashionable ladies covered. Ah, the tyranny of choice…
Satin Sheaths
Old-world glamour makes a comeback with these curve-loving dresses. The ultimate in sultry sophistication, your groom will be weak in the knees as you waltz down the aisle.

Ethereal
These floaty dresses seriously make me lightheaded with giddiness and fantasies of twirling around a fancy ballroom with a glass of prosecco in hand.

Bohemian Sleeves
Three of my all-time favorites here. The first, from French designer Delphine Manivet, tempers a bare back with covered arms – oh so chic! (New York brides take note: this line of dresses is now available stateside at Lovely Bridal Shop!) Next, we have a seriously glamorous crystal encrusted number from Temperley London. Wear this and be noticed. Lastly, we have the most elegant, understated, romantic, stunning dress practically ever by La Sposa. See this dress from all angles as well as some breathtaking photography from Clayton Austin over on Green Wedding Shoes.)

Short and Chic
Channeling Audrey Hepburn, these brides have serious style in their bones. I’m especially enamored with the first dress, a creation of Samuelle Couture – the amazing designer who did my wedding dress. More on that to come in a future post! But aren’t these brides lovely? I, for one, am quite envious of their extreme chic-ness.

And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the roundup for today. I’d love to hear your thoughts on some of the more unique/daring selections. Love? Hate? Please spill!
