Thanks, Ashlyn! Yeah, I didn’t have much to work with – despite the fact there were a LOT of flowers, there wasn’t a lot of variety because we purchased specifically for each shot. I just tried to make it work and really liked the bright green with the poppy pink πŸ™‚

Ohmy – this is EXACTLY what I’ve been wanting to do for a party I’m planning – bright pink + kelly green arrangement in a milk glass vase! Thanks for the inspiration!

Oh, so glad you like it and it was good inspiration! Honestly, it was a little nerve wracking putting anything I style up here just because its scattered amongst pro work – didn’t want the floral designers I love and look up to to think “EPIC FAIL” when they saw it!

In case anyone was wondering, the milk glass vase was $4.99 on sale at Urban Outfitters. I bought two πŸ™‚

Ahhh Maddy I’m dying! I just called three different UO’s to see if they had it with no luck, and it’s not online anymore. Bummer. I did find three milkglass/hobnail vases at thrift stores today but I really love that one you used! Good find.

Gorgeous, Maddy! Peonies + milk glass is always the perfect combination. I have been collecting milk glass for our upcoming wedding. On a floral design note, if you were still in RI, RISD CE is now offering floral design! I took the intro class last fall and it was a lot of fun.
