5 Beautiful Wedding Song Possibilities

by Niki - Inspired Bride Leave a Comment

Are you looking for unique and pretty wedding songs? You don’t have to go with all the traditional songs, especially when you’re choosing songs for the first dance or other special moments during the reception. Here are 5 beautiful wedding song possibilities you should definitely check out.

Ray LaMontagne – Let It Be Me

This song is absolutely phenomenal and perfect for a wedding. Ray’s voice is raspy with a hint of honey and his lyrics are soulful and beautiful. If you’re not too sure about this song but you love his voice, you might also want to check out “Shelter.”

Train – Marry Me

You can’t go wrong with this one. In fact, it’s just about perfect. This Train song features the signature velvet-like voice and inspirational lyrics that the band is known for.

City and Colour – The Girl

Another absolutely amazing crooner, City and Colour’s songs are always heartfelt and invoke emotion. The Girl is a sweet song in which the man confesses his love for the girl – forever and always. If you haven’t had a chance to check it out, you definitely should!

Norah Jones – Come Away With Me

Norah’s soft and sweet voice belting out these beautiful lyrics makes this song an outstanding first dance song for the brand new husband and wife. It’s mellow and soft but very full of emotion and meaningful.

Bob Dylan – Make You Feel My Love

Finally, this is an old song but absolutely perfect for a wedding. The words and meaning are still relevant today and maybe even more so than when the song was first written. In any case, it’s worth giving it a listen.

Check out these songs and use one of them for your wedding or allow them to inspire you to come up with a song that is even more suited for you and your future spouse.
