This rustic backyard wedding held at Erin’s childhood home was lovely. The antique furniture and wooden signages Erin had scattered around the reception blended very well to the theme she had in mind. They also had vintage decors and neutral earthy tones which, of course, matched everything. Not only that, the couple looked stunning and adorable on their special day.
Erin and Michael initially met in Pawley’s Island SC, while visiting the area and out with friends one night. They chatted; she thought he was cute; they went their separate ways. Michael wanted to kick himself for not getting her number. Two weekends later, they ran into each other in Columbia, SC., and he made sure he got her number…its the last phone number from a girl that he will ever get.
Erin and Michael just….fit. They can have fun together, laugh together, be quiet together- they just work. They were married in Florence SC and had the reception at her family’s home in Darlington SC, in her childhood backyard, surrounded by pastures, and her favorite old horse.
Decor: Erin mixed antique pieces of furniture with vintage coke signs; she used lanterns and rustic pieces, like horseshoes, mixed in with fancier serving pieces.
