DIY Confetti Party Poppers: Bring a Pop to your Wedding Party

Who doesn’t love party poppers? Party poppers are beautiful and fun project to work on that you can invite kids to help you out. A party favor that guests could use to cheer on the newly wed. If you want to add that pop, read on for the instructions.

What you need:

  1. Cardboard tubes or toilet paper roll
  2. Snap
  3. Double sided tape
  4. Scissors
  5. Crepe paper
  6. Confetti
  7. Twine

Take the cardboard tubes and cut into half. But, put them together again and to bring that bang, tape the snap on top of your tube.

Step 1:Cut the tube into half. Put them together again and add the snap.

Cut the crepe paper into 10” by 8” sheet. Put double sided tape below the tubes and place it on one end of the crepe paper. Then, roll it up. Tape the other end of the crepe paper to secure everything in place.

Step 2:Place the tube at the end of the crepe paper and roll it up.

Cut a few twines. Grab one and tie it off on one end.

Step 3:Get a piece of twine and tie it around one end of the crepe paper.

Now the best part. Grab your confetti and fill up the tube. For the confetti, you may cut metal paper into smaller pieces or buy from a craft store. Grab another twine and tie it off on the other end. To add more beauty to this favor, cover the twines with sequin trim.

Step 4:Add the confetti into the tube.

And you are done! Be careful with this party favor as it makes a mess.

Step 5:Secure the other end with the twine.
