Modern Black and White Wedding With A Mix Of Boho

by Chelsea 2 Comments

Black and white have become an all-time favorite for couples who want modernity and sophistication at their wedding. It’s a timeless combination that can go well with many fine details – black tie, black bridesmaids’ dresses, white balloons, and so on. However, in today’s shoot, we’ll see these colors rather mixed up with boho elements. And guess what, it just proved that with black and white, styling possibilities are endless. Additionally, with headcounts being cut because of the pandemic, that means couples can splurge on design. Here are the things we love – the invitation set, the table setting, the cake, and of course, the beautiful bride.  Another detail that we know fellow brides will adore is the backdrop. It’s a black ring decorated with pampas grass, dried leaves, greens, and vibrant flowers. The white wall behind fairly made the setup neutral. Overall, we truly appreciate how Jenfolio Wedding and Portrait Photography and her team came up with sophistication and timelessness together through select details—from outfits and accents. Let’s also see what the team had to say about the shoot in their own words below.

This design is all about big-impact features and luxury details – when your ceremony becomes more intimate, you have the ability to upgrade those details and add in more statement pieces! – – Amira Salem, A Design Decor

The florals and design shined in the candlelight and warm glow of golden hour. Everything about this shoot transported you to a world of luxurious textures and intimate elegance. – Nicole Gilbride, Beholden Blooms

We had so much fun capturing the large-scale installations, and I always love shooting pictures of the couple at sunset! – Jen Folio, Jen Folio Photography
